penn state football coach jerry sandusky is adamantly denying allegations her husband abused young boys. sandusky was released last night on bail after two new accusers stepped forward. he's under house arrest facing criminal accusations from ten young many and facing more than 50 counts. his wife dottie says i have been shocked and dismayed by the allegations made against jerry. i continue to believe in injury a's innocence and all the good things he has done. i am joined by chuck schmidt, one of the young man alleging abuse. your client is a 19-year-old young man who ways safes sexually abused by sandusky in 2004. what specifically are the allegations that your client has come forward with? >> tom, thank you for having me. he was a participant in the second mile program in 2004. at that time after an activity, a planned activity, he was taken back to mr. sandusky's office in one of the athletic facilities, and he was given alcohol and then a sex act was performed upon him. >> when you talk about alcohol being given to this young man on the campus of penn state, we've heard a lot of th

. the place for politics. >>> former penn state football assistant coach jerry sandusky was arrested wednesday on new charges of alleged sexual child abuse. a lawyer for sandusky thinks his client will be released some time today posting $250,000 bail. >> reporter: police led jerry sandusky away from his home in handcuffs wednesday afternoon following new criminal charges of alleged child sexual abuse. the charges involve allegations by two new accusers who claim sandusky abused them. he's accused of assaulting one of the boys in the basement of his home. the victim claims, he screamed for help knowing that sandusky's wife was upstairs, but no one ever came to help him. the former penn state assistant coach had been free on bond following his initial arrest on november 5th, charged with sexually abuse iing eight other children. according to grand jury testimony, sandusky met all of the victims through the second mile charity. sandusky is repeatedly said he's innocent of all charges. >> how would you take it if you were facing the kind of charges he's facing? you be devastated. his family is de

much. turning to sports, the case against jerry sandusky moving closer to trial after the former penn state assistant football coach shocked a pennsylvania courtroom by backing out of a preliminary hearing at the last minute. several of his alleged being a could you seers were ready to testify about allegationses that they were sexually abused other than a 15 year period. the 67-year-old coach waived his right to the hearing entering a not guilty plea to 52 criminal counts. sandusky's attorney says the accusers are only out to make money from false allegations. >>> well, the steelers likely will be playing monday without james harrison who has been given a one game suspension by the league for a helmet to helmet hit against the browns. the 2008 nfl defensive player of the year being punished for laying out colt mccoy on thursday. the hit left mccoy with a concussion. wow. after the game, mccoy's father said his son did not remember anything that happened after the hit, including playing the final few minutes in the team's 14-3 loss. did not remember playing in the game. harrison becom
surfacing against former penn state assistant football coach, jerry sandusky. in first of what could be several lawsuits against him. a 29-year-old man claims sandusky abused hill more than 100 times when he was a boy and threatened to hurt his family if anyone found out. this is the accusation. the latest accuser says the abuse happened over a four-year period. his lawsuit targets penn state university and the second mile charity where sandusky allegedly found many of his young victims. >>> some on-the-field sports news in the nfl, buffalo receiver stevie johnson said he's done performing touchdown celebrations after his latest earned him a $10,000 fine and widespread criticism. the league punished johnson for mocking jets receiver plaxico burress by pretending to shoot himself in the thigh. johnson would not discuss the fine. he did post a picture on twitter of an envelope he found waiting from the nfl, in his locker. >>> johnson says he apologized to burress for the incident and is now focused on the bills' sunday game against the titans. plaxico said immediately after the game, h

." >>> about 100 miles from the penn state campus jerry sandusky will come face to face today with several of the men accusing him of sexually abusing them when they were just boys. michelle franzen has more on this in bellefonte, pennsylvania. >> reporter: the sex abuse case now moves here to bellefonte, about 15 minutes from penn state. prosecutors will use the grand jury report along with witness and testimony from alleged victims to lay out their case, trying to show a judge that there is enough evidence against sandusky to move forward and go to trial. of course, sandusky's lawyer said that they will challenge aggressively the credibility of some of these accusers. we are expected to hear from some of them. there are ten alleged victims in the grand jury report. but we don't know how many will testify today. we are hearing maybe a handful. and many of them are believed to be adults at this time. but the courts and the media are keeping their names -- not revealing their names at this time. that gives the alleged victims the option to either speak out publicly after their testimony tod
